Visual Plans, product swap, and States of Matter!

Ok - so, I'm back to my visual plans!!

Here we are for next week :)

Remember...click the picture of the plans (or click HERE), and it'll take you to a PDF document to download...when you download the PDF, you can click on all the pictures and links to take you where you can find all the activities (TpT, blogposts, websites, or Freebies!)

I'm doing another Frog and Toad book because they LOVE them!

And I'm starting my winter and Arctic unit with my reading centers - I found some GREAT stuff for that - the links are in the plans when you download them!

We're also going to be writing letters to our friends - which is from the Frog and Toad book we read last week (see what we did last week HERE). and after we finish those, I'm moving on to Lori's Winter Rebus story... I'm excited to try that out!

For math last week, I worked all week long teaching them about hundreds place, so while I'm reviewing that and teaching about money in whole group, they'll be doing my Subtraction Sleuth and Rounding with Jack and Jill packs.

For Science, we're finishing up about Frogs and Toads, and then I'm moving on to States of Matter, which is perfect when I start my Winter/Arctic unit!

For the product swap, I have been partnered with Courtney, from Swimming Through Second.
Not a bad deal for me, I must say!
Aside from having EVERY SINGLE ONE of her Treasures packs, I also like her other activities.
(click the cover to go check it out!)
I am excited about Courtney's pack! I'm breaking it up into two weeks....this week I'm doing the Hot Chocolate Adjectives and and the Bundled Up Plurals activities, which you can see in my visual plans.
Next week, I'll be doing a few more - take a look at what else there is in her pack!

This states of matter pack includes:

Word Wall/Vocabulary cards with pictures on them
Posters with definitions for solids, liquids, and gas
States of Matter poem written by me! (Includes B/W versions too)
States of Matter student fact sheets
Cheerio/beads activity
Ice Race
Crossword
All About Matter interactive student books
Venn Diagrams

Your plans look great! Glad you like the centers. I've put your matter unit on my wishlist for when we get closer to doing that unit. It looks great!

Thank you for sharing the freebie! Now I just need to figure out how I can incorporate it into my week. How long did it take for your to do your Visual Lesson Plans?
