Updating St. Patty Centers

So, I've realized that our March Math Diagnostic is coming up (I can give it anytime during March, and we're on Spring Break the last week, so it's in the next week or so!), so I've had to revamp my math centers that I thought I would be doing. I'm in the process of creating new ones to add to our rotation for reviewing those specific skills. lol...that's what I get for planning so far ahead, I guess. Oh well.

This one is subtraction with regrouping.
It's a sorting center, so they need to figure out if they need to regroup or not, then they choose two problems from each sorted pile to solve.

This one is a freebie! Don't you just LOVE Michelle's clip art??

This one..I needed to add to my St. Patty Literacy Centers, but instead of adding to the existing center pack, I'm doing it separately like I did for Dr. Seuss. My kids love these and it's so funny how my highest students have the hardest time, while my lower ones usually do really well at unscrambling! They over think it I'm sure. Anyway, capital letters and punctuation are STILL an issue, even with as much writing as we do in my room....so, that'll be one of their centers next week too.

This one is $1.

OK - I have to go cut, laminate, and cut again... Nice time to catch up on my DVR shows that I've neglected so the hubs can stop yelling at me...some Parenthood, Ringer, Hawaii Five-O, Once Upon a Time, L&O SVU, and The Firm....doubt I'll get through it all, but hopefully a big chunk?? hehe

Night y'all!!

The whole capitals and punctuation thing frustrates me. How doesn't get it cemented into their little brains and schema when they've been practicing since Kindergarten? It's the one lightbulb that takes sooooo long to turn on. :D

Very cute shamrocks...
Don't you love how they get on you to clear out the DVR? It's like an interrogation over here when the MR starts..."you watch this yet? when are you planning on watching it? why are you still recording this if you aren't watching it?" BLARG!!!

DVR is the best, isn't it?! I find myself erasing my husband's shows {without asking} because he records tons of sports shows that {I think are totally} unnecessary!! Meanwhile, I record soap operas and reality TV.. haha :)
