Florida Weather

Warning...This post has nothing to do with teaching. :)

Here in FL, we've been having some seriously FINICKY weather. Seriously. If you joined up with Farley's Linky, you might have run across a few Floridians that were "wanting" the weather to make up its mind...FREEZING (well, FL style of freezing) for a few days, and then HOT (like, almost time to turn on the AC hot) the next few days. Well, today was one of those beautiful, high 60s, low 70s kind of day...Door and windows open and playing outside. Here is a pic of A during our down time after playing outside. Art is one of her obsessions. (I just love how this pic came out..no editing either! I used to be really into photography, but I've lost a lot of my "know hows" since then - boo.)

Tomorrow is going to be the last of these kind of days, and then we're back down to the low 60s and high 50s. Soooo....I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be a trip to the beach in the morning. Let Autumn run around and maybe do some more family pictures :) I know...you can hate me if you want :) I don't mind. Because I hate all of you that have Fall. Ha!

I'm also thinking some yoga might help me out. My body is SOOO hating me right now, I NEED to get back into a workout routine. But I'm not so sure a vigorous workout is ok for me right now, but yoga?? Yoga does a body good!

Can I go to the beach with you? Lol. We are cold over here in Oregon. Like frozen windshields and cars on ice in the morning. Brr.

Have fun if you go! :)

We're headed to Venice the week of President's Day so I certainly hope we get some of that "turn on the AC" weather.

It was 50 in Chicago today, and they're saying we could get 3-6 inches of snow by Friday. I think that is pretty rude!!!!! Haha!
