Daddy's Handy Helper

It's another Made-It Monday with Tara!

Mine has nothing to do with school....although, I'm sure you COULD find something to use this for school...lol

Part of R's Father's Day present was a toolbox for A...you know...because she's SOOOO handy ....lol

Right.

Anyway...I bought a wooden toolbox at Hobby Lobby...
(Tara, this is when I was looking for the letters for READ, but all the D's were taken! ha!)

(notice all the clips in her hair...lol)

Then we sanded it and painted it teal/blue....

I used my "oh-so-trusty" Cameo and some pink sticky vinyl to create the words...

I was wanting to paint some surfboards or hibiscus flowers on it, but well...time just got away, and all my free time has been designated to Mr. Grey right now...lol...sorry hubs.

R thought it was cute...except he thought I should've picked a different saying than "handy helper" because, well, A is anything BUT handy...oh wait...she's handy alright - at making messes and getting in the way! haha!

Gosh I love her....yesterday, she told me

"Mommy, I'm sorry. I just need to listen."

hahaha!

Do you think I say that enough?

Anyway....

Hubs is working on the bathroom...AGAIN today. So I am taking the girls over a friend's house so they can play...because OMGosh...I'm going crazy trying to keep her out of the way during the project time..lol

Happy Monday, y'all!!

Laters.

Cute!! Those would be perfect in the class to organize. I know how you feel about the bathroom project. We actually rebuilt our house room by room when we bought it 6 years ago. So glad that is over!! Good luck!!
