100th Day fun

Today was our 100th Day! 

(Counting the Days with Ten Frames)

We started the day with brainstorming ways to show and make 100.  

I busted out my skills on the eBeam. I'm still pretty new at this thing, does anyone else use it? I'd love to learn some tricks.

Then, we made a big banner of all the ways to hang in the hallway. 

Then we did one of my favorites, 100th Day Art Gallery.

And we wrote about what they would love a a hundred of, and NOT have. lol. This is in my January Class Books set. 

and of course 100th day trailmix.  We ran out of time at the end of the day, so I didn't really get to really dive into the big math part, but they got the gist of it. :) 

yummmm. I just took whatever anyone wanted to bring - nothing specific. But the kids had fun making creations out of them. lol
